Then we’ll work with you to deveop and implement the plan specifically designed to close the gap between the two. We work with a network of consultants who have a wide variety of expertise so we can help you implement just about any strategy.

We can get involved at any stage of the process. If you’ve already done the analysis and have developed the plan, we can help you implement it. Lynn Hauser

Lynn’s passion is increasing organizational effectiveness through a wide range of performance management solutions, all customized to meet the specific needs of the client. She has almost 30 years experience in designing, developing and facilitating highly interactive training that helps participants learn and implement new skills.

A leadership specialist, Lynn successfully rose through the ranks in a place where rank counts…the U.S. Navy.  During an illustrious 20-year career, Lynn used the lessons learned as a manager to develop other Navy leaders while serving as head of the department responsible for the leadership and management training of Navy physicians, nurses, dentists, administrators, and allied health professionals.

Now an in-demand facilitator known for her content-packed workshops rich in humor and insights, she has helped countless professionals implement new practices and processes for positive results.

As a performance management consultant, Lynn helps organizations increase their effectiveness by identifying ways to help their employees move to higher levels of performance. She’s a great coach who has helped countless managers navigate the often tricky, and frustrating, task of managing employee performance.

Lynn has her MS in Nursing and is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, The American Society for Training and Development, and the American Business Women’s Association.
