Lynn’s passion is increasing organizational effectiveness through a wide range of performance improvement solutions, all customized to meet the specific needs of the client. She has almost 30 years experience in designing, developing and facilitating highly interactive training that helps participants learn and implement new skills.
A leadership specialist, Lynn successfully rose through the ranks in a place where rank counts…the U.S. Navy. During an illustrious 20-year career, Lynn used the lessons learned as a manager to develop other Navy leaders while serving as head of the department responsible for the leadership and management training of Navy physicians, nurses, dentists, administrators, and allied health professionals.
Now an in-demand facilitator known for her content-packed workshops rich in humor and insights, she has helped countless professionals implement new practices and processes for positive results.
Lynn has her MS in Nursing and is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement, The American Society for Training and Development, the American Business Women's Association, and the National Association for Female Executives.
